With over 15 years in analytics and 8 years in dedicated research, I am deeply passionate about my work. I am currently the Insights Association West Chapter President and Lead Customer Researcher at GoDaddy. Additionally, I founded Human Stories LLC, where I drive impactful research that shapes product direction, CX strategy, and executive decision-making. My previous vendor work includes advertising research studies for IPG Media, Goody Silverstein, and Google.
On a personal note, I split my time between Santa Cruz, California, and Yosemite. Music is my obsession - I love listening, attending live shows, and playing drums. My favorite bands include Queens of the Stone Age, All Them Witches, Dinosaur Jr., and Red Hot Chili Peppers. I also enjoy reading sci-fi and mysteries, biking, exploring new places, and indulging in reality TV love triangles. Welcome!
