About ME

The professional side: 

My specialty is understanding attraction and how it leads to a decision. I am laser focused on the attraction between individuals, to a product, or to an idea. 

I have been working in the analytics space for around 15 years, with the past 8 in research proper. I am currently on the board of the Insights Association West Chapter (currently President elect). How much do I love what I do? I not only work full-time in client side CX research for GoDaddy, I also work on the vendor side via Human Stories. My previous vendor work was advertising research studies for IPG Media, Goody Silverstein, and Google. Research is both my career and my passion! 

The personal side: 

I currently split time in my hometown of Santa Cruz, California and in my home near Yosemite. I am crazy about music! Listening at home, live shows, playing drums...I love it all. Favorite bands: Queens of the Stone Age, All them Witches, Dinosaur Jr., Red Hot Chili Peppers. I also love to read (sci-fi, mysteries are my favorite genres), bike, take weekend trips to interesting places, and watch any love triangle on reality TV.

I modeled this chimp after me! He is exactly what I feel daily: never-ending curiosity and determination in the face of very inconsistent human behavior. 

I live and breathe the deep desire to understand how others make decisions. It is my deepest, fullest calling!
